ONE of the eleven men who won the world cup for England is coming to Morecambe this week.
Legendary goal keeper Gordon Banks will open the Hotshots Sports Bar on Tuesday night.
Banks, who played for Leicester and Stoke, is widely acknowledged to be one of the greatest goalies the world has ever seen. One of the saves he is remembered for across the world was against Pele in the 1970 Mexico world cup.
There are a number of free tickets available to the public on the opening night. To register on the guest list call 400347.
