WITH reference to Jean Robinson's comments (Letters, July 14) on the state of the Barton Street car park, Blackburn, I went to the town hall several weeks ago to complain.
They should collect enough money from this car park alone to maintain it, but they would rather someone get hurt or have their cars damaged before they do anything. It won't be their cars or themselves that are affected - because they have prime reserved car spaces.
