THANK you for your colourful feature (LET, July 28) of our graduates finishing off with a bang!

I would like to clear up one important point. While other NLP schools may place emphasis on aspects of health and therapy, our prime focus is on learning and communication applications. Pain management and phobias are additional aspects within our Associated Studies.

Ironically, one of NLP's basic beliefs is that 'The meaning of your communication is the response that you get' so we didn't do very well here!

We use Neuro Linguistic Programming to increase people's abilities to learn and shift believes in themselves as learners - vital in our ever-changing worlds - as well as creating choices about how they want to communicate in any given situation.

Obviously, this attracts a wide variety of people - this particular course for example included business consultants, trainers, an accountant, a nurse and an engineer. In turn, they will use their NLP skills and their improved learning abilities back in their work.
