ARMED police hunting a gunman sealed off terraced streets near a town centre for more than two hours in a dramatic siege.
Officers wearing body armour swarmed into the Peel Park area of Accrington shortly after 9.30pm. The alert started after two police officers were threatened with a gun by three men in a car in Plantation Street.
