COUNCILLOR Derek Boden does well to say he is "concerned" about the state of Elms Precinct and that the council may be moving "down the path" towards legal action. They said that months ago.
Having reduced the north end of Whitefield to a disaster area isn't it time the "powers that be" pulled their fingers out and began to make things happen.
Perhaps if we withheld our council taxes it would hurry the procedure along!
