ONE of Blackburn's biggest employers unveiled £1 million plans which could have meant more jobs and may have included a move into a former bowling alley. Wallpaper giant Graham & Brown bought the Hollywood Bowl premises in the town to convert into a design and marketing centre.
The firm was also planning to transfer manufacturing from its Lower Philips road site to the India Mill, Harwood Street, headquarters.
