RAWTENSTALL: A 32-year-old man arrested in Rawtenstall on Wednesday in connection with the attempted abduction of a 12-year-old schoolgirl last month has been transferred to Northampton.
A nationwide manhunt was launched after the alleged abduction and indecent assault in Northampton on January 19.
