IN our council tax we are levied a sum of money for police services. But where is that service?
Certainly not here on the Brandlesholme estate, where every night gangs of teenagers gather, shouting, swearing, and messing about in school grounds and in boarded-up properties.
If this is what we pay our council tax for then it is money for nothing.
