IT would appear that my letter regarding the Leyland Festival has inadvertantly upset one or two people who are invovled in the organising of this wonderful event.
I would like therefore to put the record straight and acknowledge the work of all the charitable organisations which make up the Leyland Festival committee.
However, I stand by my point that it is not South Ribble Borough Council who are behind this annual day of fun and fund-raising.
