A MAN with severe learning difficulties has appeared in court charged with harassing two women by following them.
Blackburn magistrates remanded Thomas Crowcroft, 40, of St Peter Street, Blackburn, in custody until February 18.
Stipendiary magistrate Jonathon Finestein urged the prosecution to prepare committal papers speedily.
