VOLUNTARY groups in Blackburn with Darwen are invited to a consultation on council spending on Monday at Eanam Wharf Business Centre, starting at 3.30pm.
The meeting will be chaired by Councillor Gail Barton, chairman of the finance service committee. After an initial presentation the meeting will break into sub-groups.
