AN American business guru has helped East Lancashire's women executives find the way to greater success.
Professor Mortimer Feinberg flew from New York to give two workshops to business leaders. His two 'Vision to Succeed' workshops addressed delegates on how to unlock their leadership skills and improve their ability to motivate their employees.
"On each visit Professor Feinberg never fails to inspire, stimulate and advance another set of local executives," said Harry Buls, workforce development director of ELTEC which organised the workshops.
Professor Feinberg acts as a consultant to some of America's biggest companies.
He is pictured here with some of those who attended.
