sign Temple CRICKET: Barnoldswick have signed South African Mark Temple as their professional for the coming season.
Temple, whose nickname is "Bob", is a slow left arm bowler and middle order batsman, recommended by former pro Hilton Ackerman, who is currently captaining Western Provence.
Mark, 25, has been playing for Boland B but is expected to arrive in Barnoldswick in the next few weeks.
Secretary Phil Brown said: "It has been a long, hard struggle but we have finally signed our pro and are looking forward to his arrival."
