HOW very good that the TV licensing authority are to write to evaders, to warn them to buy a licence or they will call (LET, April 5).
May I now, after 50 years of compliance with rules, stop buying a licence, as I will have plenty of warning to buy one when they catch up with me -- and I may get away with a year or two?
