A LITTLE white donkey led parishoners from two Rossendale churches on their Palm Sunday walk, marking the start of Holy Week.
Churchgoers handed out palm crosses to residents who came out to witness the procession, from St Mary's Goodhsaw, to St John's, Crawshawbooth.
The Sunday morning service, which began at St Mary's and was completed at St John's after the walk, was led by the vicar of both churches, the Rev Wendy Oliver.
