FIRMS will get the chance to meet buyers responsible for million of pounds worth of business.
The Meet the Buyer event -- which has already helped dozens of local firms win new business -- is again being staged by the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce as part of its annual business-to-business exhibition at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel, Clayton-le-Moors, on May 16.
The main aim of the meet the buyer event is to encourage companies to source supplies locally and boost the local economy.
Suppliers are given a 20 minute slot to talk to buyers from major companies.
