I AM appealing to readers to take the plunge and participate in the Sharron Davies Mile Swim Challenge from May 14-28.
The traget is a mile, done in one or several attempts, individually or as part of a team.
The event is to raise funds for the Imperial Cancer Research Fund. Our target is £250,000.
