THE Soroptimists International of Rishton and Great Harwood installed Dr Pam Russo as their new president at a dinner held at the Old Post House, Clitheroe.
Her chosen charities for the year are Breakthrough for Breast Cancer, The Milk Run, The East Lancashire Hospice and The Children of Chernobyl.
The president elect is Dorothy Casey and vice-president is Carol Crook.
Eight long-serving members were also presented with a framed certificate and plant.
Dr Russo (left of picture) is seen receiving the president's chain from retiring president Joyce Hargreaves.
