A man exposed himself and performed an indecent act in front of a 17-year-old girl.
The teenager was standing in the telephone box at the junction of Waterloo Road and Poulton Street, in Ashton-on-Ribble, at around 10.20pm on Thursday, April 27.
The man is described as white, aged 30, chubby, and was wearing a dark bob hat over short or balding hair. He was wearing a blue jumper, dark jogging bottoms and white trainers. He spoke with a local accent.
