BURY sign off a traumatic campaign with a visit to Notts County.
Shakers supporters will be disappointed indeed if the young squad are not restored for this final salvo, and whom, in the main part were rested, missing the poor performance at Stoke, following games in successive days for the victorious reserve and youth sides.
Matt Barrass and Martyn Forrest seem certain starters and Lee Connell, Lee Buggie, Stevie Halford and John Gaynor will also be in contention for starting berths to join young guns Danny Swailes and Nicky Hill in the senior squad.
It seems unlikely that the senior players out of contract in the summer will be offered new deals and the new term could well see a breathtakingly refreshing new young side.
County's season has ended on a disappointing note having been front runners for much of the season, and a win will be on the agenda in both camps.
