AN ANGRY newsagent claimed he was losing his livelihood because of tight-fisted county hall chiefs.
Ebrahim Bhalyst was told to leave his shop in Preston New Road, Blackburn, before the demolition crews moved in to clear a path for the town's inner relief road.
And he was furious over the amount of compensation he was offered by Lancashire County Council under the compulsory purchase order.
