EVEN after all the publicity you have given to dumping on the land on our road, I arrived home from work at 8am the other day to find 21 bags of household refuse had been left there.
There is absolutely no excuse for this, especially as that day the binmen were due.
We really are becoming a nation of slobs. All the cretin responsible needed to do was leave the bags on the road side of the fence to get them removed -- a matter of one yard.
This has happened before -- bags dumped by the same people.
The next time I'll go through the lot to find an address and prosecute.
