KEEN sportsmen David Bateson and Simon Fox are taking on new competition.
The pair have recently launched their own business to offer a specialist programming service for industry.
The firm, Dynamic Solutions, has already secured contracts with firms across East lancashire and the pair have been involved in designing systems as far afield as Germany.
David, 22, who rallies and Simon, 37, a member of Darwen Dashers running club, have based Dynamic Solutions in the Colne Commercial Centre.
"We wanted to fill the void between one man bands and the big systems operators who do not really specialise in programming," explained Simon.
