YOUNGSTERS from Bank Top Community Centre had fun taking part in a sunflower competition.
The competition was part of Green Week organised by Blackburn with Darwen Council.
Children from the centre and youngsters from St Lukes Rainbow Group planted seeds and had five weeks to watch the flowers grow.
Chelsea Lucas, left, won the first prize of a £5 gift voucher for the tallest flower. She is pictured with Reece Wilding and Chelsea Boyle.
