A FIVE year old boy required hospital treatment after a road traffic accident in Prestwich on Sunday morning (July 2).
Farriha Murtaza was a passenger in his mother Mrs Zebunnisa Murtaza's Ford Sierra when the vehicle was in collision with a hackney cab being driven by Mr Khousew Tehrani (39) of Eton Avenue, Whitefield.
The boy, who comes from Rochdale, was taken to Booth Hall Hospital for treatment while the taxi driver went to Bury General Hospital. Both suffered whiplash injuries.
