TWO young forgers who netted £1,200 creating fake identity cards for under-age drinkers were tracked down -- but were not charged.
Police wrote to the parents of 400 teenage customers of the two 15-year-olds, who lived in Blackburn and Clitheroe, after town-centre pubs and clubs were approached by hordes of under-age sixth-formers with the £3 cards.
