POLICE declared war on drug dealers who were stepping up their trade in pubs.
Police warned landlords they could face jail sentences if they turned a blind eye to drug dealing.
Police in Blackburn, Hyndburn and Rossendale had dealt with 142 cases of cannabis taking, 45 of amphetamines, eight heroin and eight LSD.
