INSOMNIA. It affects us all from time to time, and we all have ways of dealing with it.
Me? I embrace some quiet time and use it to catch up on my Sherlockian activities.
That is, I repair to some unobtrusive corner of the sprawling Gothic mansion that is chez Lewis and curl up with a collected Sherlock Holmes short stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
But you don't have to rely on the printed version, oh no; there is a veritable world of Holmesian references out there on the web as well. Like all such sites, there is a vast range in quality, but one of the most authoritative is Yoxley Old Place, which takes its name from the short story The Adventure of the Golden Pince-Nez.
This has a bewildering array of links to other sites, information on Holmes and Holmes societies across the globe, and has a decent FAQ page and links so you can read some of the novels and stories online.
