ONE in four office workers in the region don't take a lunch break, according to a new survey today.
A poll of 1,000 staff found that six out of 10 only leave the office for 30 minutes or less at lunch time.
In contrast, office workers in Spain take a break of 90 minutes at midday, and half of French workers leave the office for at least 50 minutes.
