IT TAKES a lot to stop clowns from smiling, so when an East Lancashire downpour greeted Charlie and Pepsi on their first day in Blackburn, there was no danger of the grin slipping from their faces.
Instead, the comedy couple quickly turned it into their advantage and began an impromptu version of 'Singing In The Rain.'
The self-proclaimed International Music Clowns are in town this week for their appearance at The Great British Circus, which started on Tuesday at Witton Country Park, Preston Old Road, and goes on until Sunday.
Alongside Charlie and Pepsi is a whole host of entertainment, including Otgo, who will bend over backwards to help visitors. The contortionist is a member of the Mongolian State Circus and has flown over with her amazing pals for the show.
Prices start at £4 and for more information contact Dial-A-Seat on 07071 228899.
