I WOULD like to make a couple of comments about the article Brian Gomm wrote on Michael Spencer's motorbike accident in Friday's JOURNAL.
I was a personal friend of Mike's and found the article deeply touching and very true to life.
All the comments made about Michael were correct.
I realise how easy it is to sensationalize the horror of motorbike accidents, but there was no such thing in this case.
Reading the article has made me feel a whole lot better about the situation, because it reminded me what a good person Michael was and how well liked he was by everyone who knew him.
I would like to thank Brian for such a wonderful article.
