GREENMOUNT paid man Saeed Anwar led the Bolton League to a fine Trinity Cup win over their Bolton Association rivals on Sunday.

The Pakistan all-rounder scored a 62 ball century including 12 fours and three sixes and the League ended the Association's two year winning run in the competition.

The League's total of 295 for 6 was the highest ever in the annual contest and despite a brave effort from Standish professional Arindam Sarker (95) the Association could only muster 195 for 5 in reply.
