A MAN who works with bronze has struck gold!
Martin Woodruff, senior team leader on bronze powder production at Darwen-based Wolstenholme Internmational, joined two colleagues in taking part in an NVQ level four management programme.
Now Martin (far left) Paul Cook and Mahfooz Hussain have all achieved the qualification through ELTEC's NVQ centre.
"It helped me to focus on the responsibilites of my job and evaluate the effectiveness of the procedures and strategies I already had in place," said Martin.
"The programme confirmed where I was doing things right and highlighted areas where I could make improvements."
