I READ with considerable disquiet the article (Radcliffe Times, July 27) about drug users' needles being discarded in Radcliffe, and the alleged lack of council action.
Having saved us all from the serious threat posed by dog droppings, perhaps those councillors who were so eager to persecute dog owners, I am not one, will now concentrate their efforts on a genuinely serious threat to health.
