A MOTHER of three has been found dead at her home in Whitefield.
Miss Rachael Scull was discovered by her boyfriend on the living room floor at the house in Victoria Avenue on Wednesday afternoon (Aug 16).
It is believed the 22-year-old had taken a heroin overdose.
The coroner has been informed and an inquest is expected to be opened next week. It will then be adjourned pending further investigations and the completion of a toxicology report to identify the substance taken.
