BLACKBURN MP and shadow home secretary Jack Straw said that the streets should be reclaimed for law-abiding citizens from "winos", addicts and aggressive beggars.
Speaking in Lewisham, South London, Mr Straw hammered out a "get tough" message, which included handing out serious punishments for vandals.
