BLACKPOOL Mayor Granville Heap found you can't get better than a Kwik-Fit fitter recently after receiving a £250 charity donation from the boys at the Dickson Street garage, pictured.
To mark the opening of the fully refurbished Kwik-Fit centre in Dickson Street, Blackpool, centre manager David Johnson made the donation to the Mayor's Charity Appeal Fund, which receives donations throughout the year and allocates the grand total to deserving causes in the community.
Also present at the ceremony were regional manager Isty Hussein and the company mascot Kwik-Fit Ken. Councillor Heap was delighted with the donation and said: "It's encouraging to see such a high profile local business contributing to the community."
