ROSSENDALE'S new manager Jim McCluskie watched his side record their second successive win -- and kick start their North West Counties Division One season.
Last season's top scorer Craig Sargeson had been lacking the killer touch this season but he more than made up for it scoring two goals -- and laying a claim to a third -- in their win.
Matt Raywood was credited with the opener in the 42nd minute although there is a dispute as to whether Sargeson got the final touch.
But the next two were definitely Sargeson's -- in the 56th and 62nd minute.
Steve Cunningham took his tally for the season to three with the fourth in 70 minutes and Dennis Hill snatched a late brace in the 75th and 83rd minute.
