VOLUNTEERS who have given up free time for two decades to help Darwen Girl Guides were presented with thanks badges for their efforts.
Eileen Haley and Joan Briggs have been attending meetings at the St Joseph's Brownie unit for 20 years.
They were given the award by divisional commissioner Olive Bolton and district commissioner Barbara Cox.
Rosetta Cocking also received her warrant as assistant Brownie Guider at the event.
