REGARDING the council's proposals for parking for residents, on Dawlish Close, Blackburn, most of us have drives, but that doesn't seem to matter.
Doesn't the council realise that on match days at Ewood Park we could not have visitors as they would not have a parking permit? Also, our estate is for 'access only.'
I won't be paying the £10 -- along with a lot more residents who won't.
