MRS Jane Roby from Billinge (Dear Star, September 7) said that the correct address for Billinge is Billinge, Wigan, not Billinge, St Helens.
If this is correct could Mrs Jane Roby tell me why the STD code is 01744 and not 01942? Also, if Mrs Roby or any other residents of Billinge have a FREE bus pass could they please return them because there is no such thing in Wigan.
