TRAFFIC wardens turned to pedal-power to catch motorists dodging parking tickets.
Blackburn's ten-strong team of parking watchdogs were issued with a mountain bike and fluorescent jackets to help them patrol areas outside the town centre, including Ewood and Revidge.
