A PENSIONER died in hospital after falling and banging her head.
An inquest opened into the death of 86-year-old Ada May Coggins, of Abbeyfield House, in Union Street, Clitheroe, was told that a post mortem examination had identified the cause of death as a head injury.
The inquest was adjourned until November 7.
