MERSEYSIDE Police are urging people not to panic buy petrol following rumours that the fuel protests had started up again.
Long queues began to form again at several locations on Tuesday.
A force spokesman said: "As far as we are aware the protest has not started again and 80 per cent of petrol stations have been re-stocked with fuel."
