MORE than £100,000 is to be spent on a "wish list" of housing projects across the Ribble Valley.
Councillors will be asked to draw up a priority list of developments so that the money will reach as far as possible.
The decisions are due to be made at Ribble Valley Borough Council's housing committee meeting on Tuesday night.
The report to committee states: "It is accepted that not all of these schemes can be funded from the £100,000 available. The list should form part of a strategy for future years when resources are available."
The projects include an extension to Littlemoor House, Sabden; bedsit conversions and a new conservatory at Showley Court, Clayton-le-Dale; bedsit conversions to Bayley Fold, Clitheroe; and re-roofing bungalows in Littlemoor Close, Sabden.
