A WOMAN died after suffering an epileptic fit while on holiday with her family.
Helen Marie Coverley, of Pleckgate Road, Blackburn, choked to death while staying at the Grand Ideal Hotel, in Marmaris, with her mum Eileen Coverley and partner.
A spokesman for the Foreign Office today confirmed the death, which happened exactly a week ago.
He said her body is still in Turkey and arrangements are currently being made to bring her back for the funeral service tomorrow.
Helen, who would have been 21 in December, is to have a Requiem Mass at the Church of the Good Shepherd prior to cremation at Pleasington.
The family were today too upset to talk about their loss but have asked for donations to be sent to the National Society of Epilepsy, based at Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.
