BUILDING company NEL Construction, of Nelson, is going back to school after clinching a deal to build a £620,000 state-of-the-art sports centre.
The basketball centre at a school in Oldham will be used by pupils during the day and opened up to the public at night and the weekend.
Frank Lewer, NEL's managing director, said: "The basketball centre will be a significant achievement within NEL's portfolio.
"It will provide many people, both adults and children, with terrific sporting opportunities."
The centre is set to be completed next March.
