A BUSINESSMAN'S plans to tip M65 construction waste on land at Bull Hill in Darwen were rejected by members of Lancashire development control sub committee.
The man had applied for permission to use 22 acres of land at Mount Pleasant Farm and then restore the land to agricultural use.
