CALLING all potential Father Christmases!
The Royal National Institute for the Blind is holding a "Jail and Bail 'em" fund-raising event at the Judges' Lodgings Museum, and need a volunteer to play father Christmas.
The society is hoping to raise £5,000 for Sunshine House School in Southport, which is a school for visually impaired children who also have multi-disabilities. If you would like to take part in this event on October 12, whether you have an outfit or need one provided, contact Chris Hughes, RNIB fund-raising Manager, on 01704 821279. Lunch will be provided and any expenses reimbursed.
