STAFF from the Highfield Hall Care Centre in Haslingden are organising a fancy dress sponsored pub crawl to raise funds for their residents and Help the Aged.
The fun starts at noon on October 22 at the Regency Pub on Church Street in Accrington and nursing, carers and catering staff hope to raise £500 in the event.
Some of the money raised will go towards the cost of residents outings. Recent trips have included visits to the Blackpool illuminations, Helmshore Textile Museum and a cruise up the canal at Bladen Mill.
